Our personal favorite place to hang out and have coffee and breakfast or enjoy a drink by the fire as we watch the world go by!

Large and cozy, featuring a gas fireplace and a Samsung high definition smart TV. You'll find lots of games and puzzles tucked away in the cabinets for family and friend game nights.

Our fantastic New Mexico style kitchen has additional seating for 5, plenty of counter space and food storage space.  Cook on the gas range or go right out the patio doors and fire up the barbecue.  If there's a pot, pan or cooking utensil you need, we're guessing you'll find it in our kitchen.

When someone needs some quiet time to sit and listen to music, or if the kids want to watch a show while the adults enjoy the football game, this room is perfect.  Lots of comfy seating with a smart TV, record player, and acoustic guitar.

For extra fun for the kids (and adults) our garage area features a ping pong table, a dart board, and a poker table with chips.  You'll also find lots of things to use for your outdoor adventures, like tennis and pickleball rackets, golf clubs, football, sleds, and fishing poles and life vests that can be used (along with the kayak you'll find stored out back) for a day out at the lake. 

There is also an extra refrigerator located in the garage and a Chargepoint (Level 2 CCS) Electric Car Charger (J1772)

The Bear Room features a king bed, a lounging chair and an on suite bathroom. 

The Main bedroom on suite bathroom features double vanity and a shower/tub combo.  There is both a door from the main bedroom and out to the hallway leading to the kitchen.

The Fox Room features a king bed, plenty of dresser and closet space and a lovely bay window looking out on to the golf course.

The Angel Fire Room features a queen bed, plenty of dresser and closet space and a lovely bay window looking out on to the golf course.  This room also has a door connecting directly to the bunk room.

The kiddos will enjoy their own bunk room with a high definition Smart TV.  The bunk room has a door leading into the Angel Fire Room as well as a door connecting to the bathroom.

The Jack and Jill Bathroom connects to the Bunk room and to the Longhorn room.  This bathroom features a double vanity, bathtub/shower combo and a water closet.

The Long Horn Room sits on the back side of the house.  It features a king bed, an electric fireplace and a lovely bay window that looks into the backyard.  This room also has lots of dresser and closet space.

The Upstairs Hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo and single vanity.
